All my visits have been to the Westheimer store. My first visit, I thought I was going in to browse at engagements rings in a case, but then I find out they will help you design the perfect ring. Lisa was extremely helpful in explaining what my options were. I was clueless going in, but felt educated and confident when I left. Once I received the custom engagement ring, I was blown away at how different it looked from common rings. Lisa helped combine elements I thought my fiancée (now wife) would like, and I couldn't be happier. My wife and I went back for custom wedding bands and Lisa just helped me again recently to design a great Christmas gift. (diamond and sapphire ring I have always been happy with my visits to Klein's and recommend it to anybody looking to get custom jewelry made, find that perfect diamond, or get educated when you are a clueless bachelor.

michael klein and his staff are all so very wonderful. My wife and I who just recently got married 11/20/2010 was incredible. Last December I proposed to my wife with a ring
that will blow your mind if you see it and my wife designed what she wanted . This awesome Jewlery store made it happen and I just wanted to say if you need a Jewlery store look no further this is it
if you are in love or trying to get out of the dog house etc Michael klein will make your occasion the very best .

Had a custom pendant made of my son's high school logo, Klein's jewelry was great. All I had to provide was the logo, they did the rest. Pendant turned out better than I image, was beautiful. Only to a couple weeks & the price was great... Will defiantly do business with again!!

Best Deal In Town I went to several jewelry stores looking for a good deal on a diamond engagement ring for my girlfriend. There were 3 other places that I went and I heard they had a great selection. After going to those places I got quotes on different size rings and it was a high pressure sales type of enviroment. After 2 lunch breaks wasted, I decided to call Klein's Jewelry cause I've heard them on the radio. I actually spoke to the owner and he was very understanding of my situation. He asked me what I was quoted and for what type of diamond ring. I told him what I got and he said that he could beat it. I went to the store that afternoon and was able to get the ring I wanted and save money. Thanks Mark. You have helped me pick the best I ring I could find and within my budget. I will definitely call you the next time I shop for jewelry.

Overall a great place! I had a very good experience with Klein's. They have always been friendly and helpful and seem like they really want to make you happy. I love my engagement ring but I wanted to change the setting so I could wear a wedding band that would be flush with the engagement ring instead of having one molded around it. They told me it was no problem at all and redesigned the setting the way I wanted it and they did it for free which was even better!

I was shopping for something for my wife, happened to go into Kleins. I had no what I wanted and the sales lady was very patient with me. We looked through some books and came up with a design which she drew from scratch. I thought something that was custom would be very expensive and the sales lady said no and believe me it wasn't. The price was right and they made it for me in a very short time. I gave the pendant to my wife and she loved it. She could not believe that I had it custom made just for her. I was very please and happy. Please if you need something made stop in and have them make it for you. You will be very pleased like I was. I would definitely recommend this store. As a matter of fact I am going back and getting a larger diamond for my wife for Christmas. I will not go anywhere else.

Awesome experience!! I brought a picture in and they made it exactly like the pic. On time. Beautiful diamonds. I checked around and the prices were the best in the city.1/2 the price of Zadok and IW marks and the service was perfect. Go and see for yourself.

Good service My husband purchased my gorgeous flawless diamond from here. I always get compliments on the ring and the setting. It's not big but it sparkles like crazy! A year latter they made my eternity ring to match the original wedding band and engagement ring. Also good diamonds. The service was excellent. Hope was amazing!

Finally a Jeweler who is a cut above! I read some of the other reviews and was shocked to see the comments. I've been a customer of Klein's for over 7 years. When I first went to Klein's it was because another jeweler in Houston had messed up my engagement ring during a sizing by using tools with different metals than my ring. It was completely ruined. I was going to have to claim insurance and begin legal proceedings with the other jeweler to try to get compensated for the damage to my ring. I was so upset. I was just newly engaged and now I had this nightmare because of another jeweler. In order to claim insurance, I went to Klein's to get the diamond mapped by their gemologist. After I told them the story of what happened, Michael came out and offered to recast my platinum ring for no charge. He made a mold of the ring, made it the correct size and re-casted new platinum and set the stone again. No charge. He was amazing. He said he felt that my ordeal gave private business owners and jewelers a bad name and he wanted to make the situation right. So he did. Ever since he did that for us and saved us the hassle of taking the other jeweler to court we've been loyal customers. Usually if I find a price on BlueNile or an online shop he'll price match or tell me to go buy what I had found because it was an incredible deal. He does all of our appraisals and even my mother was so impressed with his gesture that she bought earrings from him during a recent visit.

We had to replace my wife's lost wedding set last year. I went to my mall jeweler that I had done business with for 15 years and got a price. It was pretty high so we thought we would check out Klein’s after hearing the ads on Sports Radio 610. We got a custom designed set with a 1.9 carat marquise cut center stone and saved over $2000. The service was wonderful, the ring was ready early and my wife gets comments on the ring constantly. Do yourself a favor and make Klein’s your first and last stop.
