Introducing Klein's

My dad, Michael Klein, opened the very first Klein's Jewelry in 1969 and grew the business to 7 retail stores in the Houston area. He taught me how to market, sell, and most importantly change the way jewelry was purchased in Houston. By giving the client great value and extraordinary customer service every time, I have followed these beliefs and traditions my dad instilled in me to keep the store alive and prosperous since his passing in 1990.

Don’t concentrate so much on the money, but a successful business should always concentrate on making the customer happy. The money will come if you have satisfied customers every single time.
